Riding Holidays Riding holidays are available in the adjacent riding school run by the proprietors offering escorted rides, tuition for all ages and abilities and also riding courses and holidays tailored to your individual requirements. Children can also join in the regular ‘own a pony days', 3 & 4 day courses and camps that run throughout holiday periods. There are 2 well known golf courses within 3 miles of your doorstep – Woodbury Park (approx 2.5 miles) and East Devon Golf Course (1.5 miles). Oak Lodge venue hire is also available at the riding school for parties, weddings and conferences and team building events. Longer term lets are available during out of season times.

Budleigh Holiday Cottages - Sunshine Cottage, Tiddlers Well and Tiddlers Paddock are 3 secluded self catering cottages two of which share an outdoor swimming pool in summer months.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the edge of woodland and Woodbury Common’s stunning pebble bed heathland and just 1.5 miles from beaches and the famous South West Jurassic coastline footpath, the cottages offer excellent facilities and surroundings for both a relaxing family holiday or a fun packed outdoor adventure holiday which can be enjoyed all year round. Pets are allowed on individual request.

There is unlimited walking, horse riding and biking from your doorstep on woodland, heathland footpaths and bridleways overlooking the fantastic scenery of the South West Coast. The heathland and local river estuaries at Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth are a haven for birdwatchers and include specialist RSPB sites.

Exmouth’s 2 mile long sandy beach is a favourite for families and also for sailors, windsurfers and kite surfers alike and the local reservoir, rivers Otter and Exe and sea ports offer freshwater, coarse and deep sea fishing.
